Motsai provides advanced electronic design services to support the development of connected devices, embedded systems, and intelligent hardware products. Our work typically spans early architecture, research and development, prototyping, validation, and system-level integration.
Projects are structured around clearly defined objectives and documented requirements. Most engagements are delivered as collaborative R&D efforts, where timelines and budgets may evolve as technical constraints and design trade-offs are refined.
When specifications and performance requirements are clearly defined, reviewed, and approved in advance, Motsai may offer turnkey developments. In such cases, our responsibility is limited to meeting the agreed technical scope and performance targets. Motsai is not responsible for production delays, component availability, logistics, certification lead times, or other factors outside the agreed scope of work and performance requirements.
Any change to scope, requirements, schedule, or deliverables is managed through a documented change process to ensure transparency and alignment.
As a default principle, projects completed at Motsai are delivered with usage freedom for the customer.

Only written agreements executed by authorized representatives of Motsai define binding obligations.
Fees, milestones, and payment schedules are defined in writing for each project. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are payable within standard commercial terms. Approved project expenses may be billed separately.
Our services are professional electronic design services and may involve technical uncertainty. Deliverables are not intended for safety-critical or fault-intolerant applications unless explicitly agreed in writing. Liability is limited to the value of the services provided for the relevant project.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all services provided by Motsai, and any related commercial relationship, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to Motsai’s services, publications, or commercial interactions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the judicial district of Montréal, Québec, Canada.
These commercial terms apply by default to all services provided by Motsai. Any deviation or project-specific condition must be agreed in writing as part of a formal service offer or Statement of Work.
